hey everybody!
june sure flew by really quick. if you ask what i did this month, i ran a lot and worked a lot. i'm training for the akron marathon and training is going really well! about a week ago, i went for a run and drank a whole gallon of milk before it! i felt really sick to my stomach and almost threw up! two days ago, i went for a run and ran nineteen miles. i was so sore after that, i couldn't walk upstairs! i got a new roommate, and he's african american. he has sweet shoes! right now i'm watching a fireworks show with a friend downstairs who's writing this blog for me. i'm so lazy so this is great that she's typing for me. sorry for the horrible typing :/
about two weeks ago, i really wanted to leave cali and come back home. now, although i still wanna come back home, i've decided to take the advice of my manager and make everyday count. how do i make everyday count you might ask? i like to pick up trash on my way home from work. i like to eat healthy. i like to compliment guests at disneyland even though they're stupid things that shouldn't be complimented. i like to jump on every opportunity that arises. for instance, a camping trip in july.
i lent my guitar to a guy on the third floor. he's gonna use it to propose to his girlfriend. shhh! don't tell anyone. two weeks ago, i met my brother, sister, and bro in law in las vegas. it was great to see some of my family. especially nick. he's my best friend. he's my brother too. in vegas, i gambled about sixty dollars. no, i lost sixty dollars. but i won forty dollars. so ended with negative twenty. in vegas, i rode the three rides on top of the stratosphere hotel. these three rides were the scariest rides of my entire life (keep in mind, i grew up going to cedar point: america's rollercoast).
my disney classes have been going well. i especially enjoy my marketing you class. i made a business card last week and i'll be working on my resume this week. by the way, i recommend the Disney College Program to all my friends and family.
i'm still serving on the church tech team. i really enjoy serving my church. i wish i had started doing it sooner. i still haven't found a place to volunteer in Anaheim. my mom says i should just keep picking up trash in the city.
happy birthday nick.
